Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. At headwear collective we provide the best shipping options for our customers this is why we offer FREE shipping on all of our products.

Currently we only ship to specific locations, shipping locations include:

  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • United States of America
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom

If you would like us to ship to your area please contact us at info@headwearcollective.com and we will review the request and look into adding it to our shipping zones. 

You may get charged a customs fee or import tax by your government depending on your location and local government rules.This fee has nothing to do with Headwear Collective. 

The time frame for order delivery is outlined below:

  • Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 24 - 48 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and transport company process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
  • Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our suppliers to the destination. Orders are generally shipped via e-packet, after processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. 
  • Total Delivery Time: Estimated delivery usually takes about 14–28 days. This is an estimate only and due to unavoidable circumstances at times deliveries will take longer than expected.
